One Account Per Player

1 Acceptance of Terms

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and kingtaka.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one kingtaka account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kingtaka will close all but the original account and may forfeit any balances held in the duplicate accounts.

When registering at kingtaka, you must provide accurate and complete information. 4 Deposits and Payments

KingTaka reserves the right to reverse a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the original payment source and the account will be reviewed.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at kingtaka are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your name. KingTaka does not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, kingtaka may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard process and is in place to protect all players. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

9 Account Suspension and Closure

KingTaka reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
  • Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward kingtaka staff or other players.
  • Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, kingtaka reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as inactivity — any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable dormancy fees, as stated in the fee schedule within your account.

You may close your kingtaka account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal way. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be removed upon account closure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kingtaka platform — including but not limited to the website design, game graphics, logos, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of kingtaka or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any kingtaka content without prior written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability
